Now imagine if that were sky or BT you would of been sent to a call centre waiting a week for an engineer. Would highly recommend Bluewave Internet! I've just moved into a house in a rural area (that only has ADSL service) and so we've had to give up the Virginmedia cable that we've been using for more than 10 years. What to do? During those last 10 years I've had occasions where i've used BT's service directly both as a private user and as a business owner. All I can say is that I never want to go through that again. So, after a bit research, Bluewave Internet seemed like the answer. Happily I can say that we made the right choice. We have also chosen to use their VOIP service as our primary landline therefore we don't have to interact with BT at all. Keep up the good work Bluewave.

Bluewave Internet was recommended to me by a colleague and I've not been disappointed. The speeds reached are impressive. The WiFi signal in my house to begin with wasn't great, however the guys have came back and fitted a range extender and it works perfectly, even in the garden. The experience is so seamless and it's great that the company is local too. Sophie the receptionist is very helpful and polite, a real credit to the business. Saw Bluewave at a local show. Went to the stand to get information and signed up, the staff were very helpful and I liked the fact they were local. I had some technical questions which the company director answered too. After receiving a grant to fund my installation I am now connected. I consistently get speeds above 10mb which is amazing as the ADSL in my street is only 1 meg at best. Based on what I have seen they do what they say and i'm very satisfied. Well done Bluewave.

After years of very slow internet, we heard of Bluewave and after a site visit, we were told that at least 10Mbps was available and as promised we are connected! The boys were very proficient and friendly. It is truly life changing as now I can download HD videos and TV shows as I want and as a bonus we no longer need a landline saving us money.
